Refund Policy

Due to the educational and custom nature of our kits, refunds, replacements, or credits are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify us within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos or videos as proof of the defect and email them to inspireyourscience@gmail.com.

 

Our quality assurance team will review your claim. If the issue is determined to be the fault of Inspire Your Science, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

 

We may request that defective products be returned for inspection (at your expense) before a resolution is issued. Determination of defects is at the sole discretion of our management.

 

Shipping fees and expedited processing charges are non-refundable.
