This Shipping Policy outlines how Inspire Your Science processes and delivers orders placed through inspireyourscience.com.au. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Processing and Production Times

All orders are processed and packed during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Our standard production and dispatch timeframe is 10–15 business days after full payment has been received. During high-demand periods or public holidays, processing times may vary.

For pre-order or out-of-stock items, customers will be notified of expected dispatch dates via email.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We use trusted Australian courier and postal services, including Australia Post and other reputable carriers.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available) so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Inspire Your Science will not be held liable for delays, loss, or additional charges due to incorrect address details.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional postage fees will apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us at inspireyourscience@gmail.com within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Include photos of the packaging and items received to assist with claim resolution.

We will assess each case individually and provide a suitable resolution such as a replacement or store credit.

International Shipping

At present, we primarily ship within Australia.

International orders may be accepted upon request and will be subject to additional shipping fees and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
