Return and Refund Policy

Due to the educational and custom nature of our kits, refunds, replacements, or credits are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify us within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos or videos as proof of the defect and email them to inspireyourscience@gmail.com.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim. If the issue is determined to be the fault of Inspire Your Science, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

We may request that defective products be returned for inspection (at your expense) before a resolution is issued. Determination of defects is at the sole discretion of our management.

Shipping fees and expedited processing charges are non-refundable.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations

All prices listed on our website or in communications are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders will not be processed until full payment is received through an approved payment method.

Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If an order needs to be changed or cancelled before dispatch, please contact us immediately at inspireyourscience@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun.

Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production and shipping times begin only after payment confirmation and, where applicable, proof approval.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly; however, Inspire Your Science is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or supply disruptions.

Standard production and shipping time is 10–15 business days, though this may vary depending on order volume and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

No Liability for Errors

Inspire Your Science is not liable for errors in final products caused by:

Incorrect shipping addresses
Improper use or handling of products after delivery
Improper use of instructions
Incorrect interpretation of instructions
